About the role
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring company EHS programs and policies
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local EHS regulations
- Work to reduce company risk and liability in all aspects of EHS
- Assist in sampling, observations, training and inspections
- Work with stakeholders to ensure EHS requirements are met during changes in facilities
- Assist with root cause analysis when EHS incidents occur and recommend corrective action
- Monitor and drive sustainability initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 2 years of prior related EH&S experience
- Graduate Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related EH&S experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related EH&S experience
- Experienced in OSHA 1910 General Industry
- Experienced in OSHA 29 CFR 1910 General Industry
- Strong knowledge of standards, OSHA, NFPA, NEC, and ANSI
