About the role
- provides help desk services providing 24/7 Telephone support for vital equipment
- problem resolution/troubleshooting to provide fault isolation and recommended corrective actions
- analyzes technical data, failure analysis reports, and OEM notices
- formulates recommendations regarding system sparing, repair cycle venues, failure corrective actions, and sustainable replacement items
- receives, tracks, documents, and stores parts in all phases of the repair cycle
- provides supply support through material research, ordering, warranty tracking, packaging, handling, storing and transporting
Requirements
- pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, or related Engineering discipline
- completed Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months, regardless of age.
- experience or certification as an instructor/trainer
- experience in logistics support
- familiarity with logistics practices and processes
- experience using logistics tools and metrics
