About the role
- design, build, train, test, and deploy AI/ML models across various domains
- develop production-ready software components, APIs, microservices, and automation tools
- implement and support end-to-end ML pipelines
- conduct model retraining, fine-tuning, and performance improvement
- leverage AI frameworks and cloud/on-prem infrastructure to operationalize models
- develop and maintain CI/CD + MLOps workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
- 6+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree and 4+ years
- Proven hands-on experience developing and deploying software applications including AI/ML models in production environments
- At least 3 years of programming skills (e.g., Python, C++, Rust, Java)
- Proficiency with AI/ML libraries and frameworks
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
