About the role
- Develop, implement and administer supply chain programs, tools and processes.
- Support Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSR) to ensure compliance.
- Conduct internal audits and develop corrective action plans.
- Maintain accurate procurement records.
- Prepare customer flow down documents and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Work closely with procurement team and other stakeholders on compliance issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant Contract Compliance experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related Contract Compliance experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related Contract Compliance experience.
- Strong knowledge of government contract and procurement principles contained in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Department of Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS).
- Good analytical skills and comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Strong personal commitment to ethics and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with ERP Systems in a manufacturing environment such as Oracle eBusiness Suite (EBS).
