About the role

  • responsible for RF design and Integration of new and existing radio transceivers
  • support Next Gen TDL products
  • collaborate with Systems, Digital Hardware and Test Engineers
  • take existing and advanced designs to new levels for L3Harris TDL products
  • troubleshoot existing products
  • develop new capabilities using proven knowledge of RF and mixed signal designs

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
  • minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience or Graduate Degree with minimum 2 years of prior related experience or in lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
  • RF, analog and mixed signal hardware experience
  • experience using various lab equipment including Spectrum Analyzers, Oscilloscopes, RF Probes, Power Meters, Network Analyzers, and Vector Signal Generators
  • experience in RF circuit design and simulation
  • knowledge of filtering, power amplifiers, EMI, and RF system design
  • ability to analyze, test, and debug RF and Mixed Signal design
  • experience with RF simulation tools such as ADS, AWR, SPICE, HFSS, Nuhertz, etc.
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain a US DoD Security Clearance
