About the role
- Performs help desk services providing 24/7 Telephone support for vital equipment
- problem resolution/troubleshooting to provide fault isolation and recommended corrective actions
- Analyzes technical data, failure analysis reports, to determine recommendations regarding system sparing
- Receive, track, document, and store parts in all phases of the repair cycle
- Provides supply support through material research, ordering, warranty tracking, packaging, handling, storing and transporting
Requirements
- pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, or related Engineering discipline
- have completed your Bachelor’s degree within the last 12 months
