About the role

  • Serve as HR Business Partner for assigned Operations client groups
  • Provide strategic support and guidance in compensation, employee relations, learning & development, performance management, staffing, and engagement
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and matrixed HR counterparts
  • Enforce human resources policies and NY State labor laws
  • Construct and communicate narratives through data analytics
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement talent management strategies
  • Promote and model high professional standards and L3Harris core values

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
  • Experience supporting Operations or heavy non-exempt populations
  • Experience with Performance Management, Employee Relations, Staffing, Compensation, Diversity, and Organizational/Management Development
  • Proficiency in MS Office software products like Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of HR systems such as PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors
