About the role
- Serve as HR Business Partner for assigned Operations client groups
- Provide strategic support and guidance in compensation, employee relations, learning & development, performance management, staffing, and engagement
- Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and matrixed HR counterparts
- Enforce human resources policies and NY State labor laws
- Construct and communicate narratives through data analytics
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement talent management strategies
- Promote and model high professional standards and L3Harris core values
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
- Experience supporting Operations or heavy non-exempt populations
- Experience with Performance Management, Employee Relations, Staffing, Compensation, Diversity, and Organizational/Management Development
- Proficiency in MS Office software products like Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of HR systems such as PeopleSoft and SuccessFactors
