About the role

  • AI/ML Solution Development & Implementation: Design, build, train, test, and deploy AI/ML models
  • Develop production-ready software components, APIs, microservices, and automation tools
  • Implement and support end-to-end ML pipelines
  • Model & Data Optimization: Optimize models for accuracy, latency, memory footprint, and operational reliability
  • Conduct model retraining, fine-tuning versioning, and performance improvement
  • AI Infrastructure, Tools & MLOps: Leverage AI frameworks, toolkits, and cloud/on-prem infrastructure
  • Ensure AI solutions meet reliability, performance, and security requirements
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with software, data, security, and mission teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, 9+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree and 7+ years
  • Proven hands-on experience developing and deploying software applications including AI/ML models in production environments
  • At least 7 years of programming skills (e.g., Python, C++, Rust, Java) and proficiency with AI/ML libraries and frameworks
  • Experience with full AI lifecycle: data preparation, model development, validation, deployment, monitoring
  • Ability to translate mission or business requirements into functional AI solutions
  • Understanding of data pipelines, distributed training, optimization techniques, and deployment environments (cloud or on-prem)
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills.
