About the role
- Responsible for the execution of divisional compliance policies (e.g. visitor processing, foreign travel, and restricted parties screening) in accordance with U.S. trade regulations (ITAR and EAR)
- Responsible for providing compliance guidance to the business population
- Responsible for authoring license and agreement applications
- Responsible for managing U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Commerce license recordkeeping requirements
- Responsible for reviewing department export authorizations for accuracy and adherence to Corporate Trade policies
- Responsible for implementing and adherence to Corporate Trade policies
- Responsible for reviewing the applicability of Exemptions/Exceptions for the department
- Responsible for the department's continued understanding of current USG authorization policies and requirements
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience in Trade Compliance
- 3 to 5 years experience and prior knowledge of ITAR and EAR regulations preferred but not required
