About the role
- Responsible for supporting and enacting all L3Harris corporate policies
- Develop, strategize, and manage internal security program policies and procedures
- Mentor and coach as the Industrial Security subject matter expert
- Manage large, complex project initiatives with minimal oversight
- Analyze and investigate security incidents and violations
- Serve as facilities liaison for restricted areas
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience
- Must hold an active Top-Secret clearance with current in-scope eligibility and a valid SSBI
- Must be willing to complete a customer-directed polygraph, if required
- CDSE-certified in FSO Program Management for Possessing Facilities
- Advanced knowledge of NISPOM requirements and DCSA systems (JPAS, NISS, DISS)
- Experience serving on an Insider Threat Working Group
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
