About the role
- Develop and implement quality processes and procedures using statistical quality control
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure quality standards
- Determine root cause for products or materials not meeting standards and implement corrective action
- Write inspection procedures and assist in evaluating in-process rejections
- Analyze quality performance and collaborate with Operations Engineers for improvements
- Serve as primary customer Quality interface, conducting customer business briefings
Requirements
- pursuing a Master’s Degree or completed within the last 12 months in relevant fields
- Knowledge of Six Sigma
- Knowledge of LEAN
- Knowledge of simulation tools like Arena, CAD, AutoCAD
