About the role
- Perform systems analysis and design activities for large air traffic surveillance systems
- Develop surveillance systems, subsystem requirements, and interface specifications
- Perform functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies
- Define and manage system requirements in requirements management tools and MBSE
- Conduct safety analysis, risk analysis, and system performance analysis
- Coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Providing support to ensure the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience
- Minimum of 6 years of system life-cycle development experience with aerospace and telecommunication systems
- Proof of US citizenship
- Must be able to obtain an FAA Position of Public Trust clearance
