About the role
- Responsible for working in the COMINT Systems team.
- Support geolocation and signals capabilities across multiple platforms and programs, primarily airborne.
- Support all phases of program systems engineering, from concept and proposal through flight test and delivery.
- Work with Customer, other Systems Engineers, and Software engineers to design, implement, and test new functionality.
- Write requirements, support software development, and integration testing of new or modified products across multiple programs.
- Manage Requirements across multiple software release cycles in simultaneous development.
- Plan and conduct integration testing of new functionality while ensuring legacy functionality works as intended.
- Prepare and present technical results for internal and external program meetings.
- Develop, track, and present technical metrics.
- Manage work packages using collaborative tools throughout all project phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with four (4) years of Systems Engineering experience working in COMINT, Signals, or Geolocation.
- Graduate Degree with two (2) years of Systems Engineering experience working in COMINT, Signals, or Geolocation.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of eight (8) years of Systems Engineering experience working in COMINT, Signals, or Geolocation.
- Must be able to successfully pass a class 3 Flight Physical and altitude chamber to support test flights.
- Must have an active Secret clearance at the time of hire with the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Active Top Secret w/SCI clearance preferred.
- Cybersecurity Certification such as Sec+, CASP+, CySA or CISSP preferred.
- Prior military SIGINT or RF maintenance experience preferred.
- RF performance analysis (e.g. antenna gain, array design, RF cascade analysis) preferred.
- Direction Finding algorithms preferred.
- Signals analysis, Digital Signal Processing, and Software development experience preferred.
- Familiarity with containers preferred.
