About the role

  • Responsible for working in the COMINT Systems team.
  • Support geolocation and signals capabilities across multiple platforms and programs, primarily airborne.
  • Support all phases of program systems engineering, from concept and proposal through flight test and delivery.
  • Work with Customer, other Systems Engineers, and Software engineers to design, implement, and test new functionality.
  • Write requirements, support software development, and integration testing of new or modified products across multiple programs.
  • Manage Requirements across multiple software release cycles in simultaneous development.
  • Plan and conduct integration testing of new functionality while ensuring legacy functionality works as intended.
  • Prepare and present technical results for internal and external program meetings.
  • Develop, track, and present technical metrics.
  • Manage work packages using collaborative tools throughout all project phases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with four (4) years of Systems Engineering experience working in COMINT, Signals, or Geolocation.
  • Graduate Degree with two (2) years of Systems Engineering experience working in COMINT, Signals, or Geolocation.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of eight (8) years of Systems Engineering experience working in COMINT, Signals, or Geolocation.
  • Must be able to successfully pass a class 3 Flight Physical and altitude chamber to support test flights.
  • Must have an active Secret clearance at the time of hire with the ability to obtain a Top Secret with SCI.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Active Top Secret w/SCI clearance preferred.
  • Cybersecurity Certification such as Sec+, CASP+, CySA or CISSP preferred.
  • Prior military SIGINT or RF maintenance experience preferred.
  • RF performance analysis (e.g. antenna gain, array design, RF cascade analysis) preferred.
  • Direction Finding algorithms preferred.
  • Signals analysis, Digital Signal Processing, and Software development experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with containers preferred.
