About the role

  • Team sales/accounts management for Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Mongolia and the Philippines.
  • Responsible for leading the team to close near-term opportunities already in the pipeline while developing longer term opportunities to grow the pipeline
  • Responsible for developing the regional growth strategy and guiding the accounts leads to develop and execute their accounts plans
  • Meets or exceeds annual sales targets for North APAC Region by directing activities in the field to achieve territorial sales goals in line with company growth plans
  • Actively manages team and individual performance providing timely guidance and developing opportunities for career development and growth

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree with 12 years prior experience
  • Graduate Degree with 10 years prior experience
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
  • Highly developed professional communication skills
  • Highly proficient in English.
  • Strong business acumen with keen strategic mindset
  • Previous military experience would be a plus
