About the role
- Team sales/accounts management for Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Mongolia and the Philippines.
- Responsible for leading the team to close near-term opportunities already in the pipeline while developing longer term opportunities to grow the pipeline
- Responsible for developing the regional growth strategy and guiding the accounts leads to develop and execute their accounts plans
- Meets or exceeds annual sales targets for North APAC Region by directing activities in the field to achieve territorial sales goals in line with company growth plans
- Actively manages team and individual performance providing timely guidance and developing opportunities for career development and growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree with 12 years prior experience
- Graduate Degree with 10 years prior experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
- Highly developed professional communication skills
- Highly proficient in English.
- Strong business acumen with keen strategic mindset
- Previous military experience would be a plus
