About the role
- Analyze data and generate financial reports
- Conduct root cause variance analysis
- Provide guidance and outlook on financial status to IPT and internal senior leadership
- Act as project controls analyst for assigned projects
- Monitor and analyze program costs against budget and forecast
- Prepare Estimates at Completion (EAC) for direct charge programs
- Support major programs with contractual Earned Value reporting requirements
- Prepare EV deliverables and variance analysis for management and customers
- Provide input for sales and cash forecasting process
- Perform variance analysis and cost transfers
- Prepare backup costing support for customer billings
- Communicate business and financial data clearly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience, or
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience, or
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- Ability to maintain/obtain DoD security clearance
- Experience with multiple contract types (CPFF, CPIF, FPIF, FFP, T&M etc.)
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVMS)
- Advanced excel skills
- Proficient with Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communications skills
- Ability to multi-task and work ad-hoc requests on short notice.
