About the role
- Primary owner for legacy (L3Harris-developed) BOE tool
- Team participant for shaping of future (purchased / tailored) BOE tool
- Coordination with the IT team on development and capability enhancement(s)
- Support to proposal teams’ utilization, issue resolution, and troubleshooting
- Basis of Estimate (BOE)
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Cost Estimation
- Cost Volume Segment and Corporate support
- Participation in SAS proposal council
- Government compliance / audit support
- Visible Thread (tool utilization)
- Participation in non-advocate Reviews (NARs)
- Priority initiatives and special projects
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
- Ability to obtain US Government security clearance
- Prior proposal management experience
- Prior BOE tool experience
- Prior training delivery experience
- Ability to present to executives/management on important topics
- Ability to work independently, identify problems, and propose solutions
- Ability to work cross-functionally, across geographically disbursed teams
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Prior experience providing instructional training to program team(s)
- Knowledge of the Business Acquisition Process (BAP)
