About the role
- Design, build, train, test, and deploy AI/ML models across domains such as computer vision, NLP, task optimization, and data analytics
- Develop production-ready software components, APIs, microservices, and automation tools that integrate AI/ML into enterprise systems and workflows
- Implement and support end-to-end ML pipelines, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
- Conduct model retraining, fine-tuning, versioning, and performance improvement as data and mission needs evolve
- Leverage AI frameworks, toolkits, and cloud/on-prem infrastructure to operationalize models at scale
- Develop and maintain CI/CD + MLOps workflows for automated training, deployment, and monitoring
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, 6+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree and 4+ years
- Proven hands-on experience developing and deploying software applications including AI/ML models in production environments
- At least 3 years of programming skills (e.g., Python, C++, Rust, Java) and proficiency with AI/ML libraries and frameworks
- Understanding of data pipelines, distributed training, optimization techniques, and deployment environments (cloud or on-prem)
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
