About the role
- Lead staffing, training, talent development, engagement, and retention
- Contribute to requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, integration, and maintenance
- Design and reverse engineer complex software systems
- Implement and migrate cloud-native solutions with environments such as AWS and/or Azure
- Propose and integrate new technologies
- Ensure AS9100 compliance and manage audits
- Manage customer relationships
- Support quotes and proposals
- Track project metrics and reduce variances
- Communicate status, issues, milestones, and successes to leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 9 years software experience
- Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of software experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of software experience
- Experience as software lead on a significant program including design, code, unit test, requirements
- Significant experience interacting with customers with post-delivery support
- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience with Java
- Minimum of 5 years of software development experience with C++
- U.S. citizenship and willing to obtain Top Secret Government Clearance
