- Support and assist with continuous improvement efforts and deployment of Supplier Quality Engineering program
- Assure financial goals and measures are met
- Measure, monitor, report, and improve performance of all areas of responsibility
- Mentor and train new Supplier Quality Engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
- 8 years experience in Quality Engineer, Quality Assurance, Process Engineer
- 8 years experience with supply chain management/supplier management
- 4 years experience with Failure Mode Effects Analysis (DFMEA, PFMEA)
