About the role
- Lead program execution and proposal efforts in support of the Common Data Links – International business area
- Responsible for cost, schedule, resources, and performance of assigned programs
- Communicate with confidence through regular presentations and status updates to leadership
- Act as the primary point of contact for program activities
- Manage external relationships with government agencies, prime contractors, and international customers
- Lead program risk management activities to identify, assess, and mitigate risks
- Oversee key performance indicators related to cost, schedule, and performance requirements across the full program life cycle
- Develop and maintain a proactive risk management program
- Manage program budgets and ensure accurate financial execution and forecasting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience
- Knowledge of communication and data link products
- Experience managing programs using EVMS principles
- Experience leading cross-functional, product-based programs for international customers
- Experience managing multiple phases of the program life cycle (Bid & Proposal, Development, Production, Sustainment)
- Demonstrated ability to lead and build relationships with geographically dispersed teams
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in one or more additional languages.
