About the role

  • Develop and implement program strategies aligned with our division and corporate goals
  • Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to identify risks and opportunities
  • Collaborate with senior executives to refine and adapt strategic initiatives for optimal outcomes
  • Forge and nurture strategic relationships with potential partners and clients alongside our business development teams
  • Lead the preparation of business cases and proposals to secure new business opportunities
  • Create and review customer engagement materials, including presentations, proposals, and reports
  • Ensure that customer needs and expectations are met through close coordination with Program Managers and Business Development teams
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key customers to foster open communication and actionable feedback
  • Serve as the primary liaison for program-related inquiries and high-level communication
  • Provide regular updates to the Division VP and GM on program progress, challenges, and strategic decisions
  • Ensure the alignment of all program activities with overall corporate objectives through effective collaboration with Program Managers
  • Identify and drive areas for process enhancement within the program management framework
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth within the program management team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience; Or, Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience; Or, in lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience
  • Ability to obtain US Government security clearance
  • 12 years of experience in program management with a strong history of managing complex projects
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of market dynamics
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, particularly in engaging with senior executives
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously
  • Proven experience in working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at various levels
  • PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable
