About the role
- Responsible for processing incoming and outbound visitors and employees at the facility.
- Ensure continuity across all L3Harris lobbies, including staff training and process supervision.
- Examine credentials, monitor access control systems, maintain Department of defense (DoD) records, and perform other related duties.
- Conduct weekly in-person new hire briefing.
- Assist and perform as a back-up onboarding specialist.
- Verification of inbound and outbound L3Harris Cryptographic and Government controlled assets.
- Answers phones and intercoms. Monitors cameras.
- Ensure organizational policy and procedures are followed, including security, visitor, and export compliance policies.
- Conducts DOD required bag checks of 100% or visitors and randomly selected employees.
- Provides support and direction in emergency response situations such as medical, fire, active threat.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior experience
- 2 year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior experience
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail

- Ability to efficiently operate computers and MS Office software
- Must be able to communicate effectively and in a professional manner.
