About the role
- Perform Reliability & System Safety assignments requiring detailed knowledge of concepts, practices, and techniques
- Apply advanced techniques to meet program needs, supporting program execution
- Expertly document work in digital systems, reports, and presentations
- Lead technical review of reliability and systems safety analysis products
- Lead failure investigations
- Direct proposal efforts and discipline initiatives
- Create training on Reliability and System Safety processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
- Reliability Engineering coursework or experience is preferred
- Liquid rocket engine knowledge and experience are strongly preferred
- Candidates must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
