About the role
- Responsible for technical and administrative support of multiple Manufacturing and Test groups.
- Provide engineering support of these products from conceptual development to full rate production.
- Analyze manufacturing production problems and implement corrective actions.
- Incorporate new methods and processes to improve existing operations.
- Prepare reports summarizing information/trends related to manufacturing performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior engineering experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior engineering experience.
- In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of prior engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Systems Engineering preferred.
- Strong technical, analytical, and critical thinking / reasoning skills.
- Experience with logistics/production process flows/factory floor layout.
