About the role
- Design, develop, and document detailed ECPs specific to the Next Generation Jammer program
- Lead the development, review, and approval process for Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs)
- Ensure all ECPs align with project goals, technical requirements, and budget constraints
- Coordinate with engineering teams to assess the impact of proposed changes on project scope, schedule, and cost
- Lead the development and submission of high-quality proposals in response to customer solicitations
- Oversee projects within the Next Generation Jammer and Electronic Warfare programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Monitor program performance and implement corrective actions as needed to address any issues or risks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Program Management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in program management, business development, or a related field within the defense or aerospace industry
- Experience developing and implementing effective ECPs, capturing new business, and managing proposals
