About the role
- Responsible for financial items related to ERP systems change
- Collaborate cross functionally with Finance and the organization
- Interface with program management and senior management
- Assess reasonableness of changes in business dynamics
- Analyze key financial needs in the new system
- Provide actionable recommendations for system setup
- Monitor overhead expenses and identify cost reduction areas
- Conduct special topic financial analyses as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance/accounting
- Accounting designation
- Minimum of 12 years prior relevant experience in finance role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical skills, detail oriented
- Highly organized and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Detailed oriented with strong accounting and finance skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Focused on teamwork and collaboration
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience using Hyperion (preferred)
- Prior A&D industry experience (preferred)
- Extensive modern ERP system knowledge (preferred)
- General ledger accounting knowledge (preferred)
