About the role
- Providing strategic and operational support to managers and employees of its various clients group
- Providing advice and coaching to leaders and managers in the resolution of their human resources management issues
- Carrying out HR interventions adapted to business needs and the human aspects of operational issues
- Provide advice and expertise on working conditions and relations
- Work closely with expert colleagues in the department to provide support to clients in staffing, compensation, training and organizational development
- Acting as a change agent to support managers in various organizational transformations
- Implementing various initiatives to improve HRM measures, practices and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations or Business Administration, Human Resources Management option
- Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience and holder of the CRHA designation
- Good experience in labour relations management
- Possess good analytical and synthesis skills
- Strong organizational and priority management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
- Ability to communicate easily in both French and English
