Engineering Manager

• Responsible for electrical hardware management of one or more products in the multi-channel radio portfolio.
• Lead the engineering team in many aspects of design, integration, testing, operations, and customer support.
• Lead technology initiatives that may go beyond personal technical competency using Subject Matter Experts.
• Work collaboratively across the engineering organization on project cost estimation, requirements management, technical baseline creation, and risk management.
• People management responsibility for 7 or more electrical engineers and interns.
• Create and maintain project schedules and manage competing priorities amongst several projects.
