Full-stack Engineer

• Provide oversight to the execution of Project and Product Engineering work scope across the Missile Solutions sector.
• Ensure work is performed with velocity and first-time quality.
• Proactively intervene, driving recovery plans and implementing corrective/preventative actions on engineering issues affecting production or critical path on development.
• Ensure that the supply of Project and Product Engineering resources stays aligned with enterprise demand, and that the resources are deployed to the programs meeting business needs in a timely manner.
• Set the vision, identify gaps, and lead the organization to excellence by modeling a commitment to continuous improvement using L3Harris Excellence Everywhere Everyday (e3) model.
• Collaborate with the engineering senior leadership team and program management office in addressing both strategic and tactical matters of concern.
• Support new business development through participation in capture teams and the proposal development and review process.
• Provide mentorship, coaching and other resources necessary to foster employee development.
• Plan the overhead budget requirements for the organization and manage the budget to meet all financial goals.
• Lead by example demonstrating commitment to L3Harris’ values of Integrity, Excellence, and Respect to foster and ethical culture.
• Up to 50% business travel to L3Harris and customer locations.
