About the role

  • Collaborate closely with senior Business Area leaders
  • Engage with customers and identify potential business opportunities
  • Contribute to corporate and segment strategic growth initiatives
  • Formulate and implement strategic plans for securing wins in the T10/T50 EO/IR market
  • Interact with U.S. Government customers
  • Create internal documentation that communicates strategic plans
  • Lead strategic campaigns for the SSI/AEO
  • Act as a liaison to Space Sector growth efforts
  • Cultivate relationships with partners, consultants, and subcontractors
  • Scout for new markets and untapped needs relevant to the AEO Business Area
  • Strategically prioritize customer interactions
  • Support the collection and analysis of competitive intelligence
  • Aid in the analysis of Government and Customer Budget data
  • Promote a culture of business acumen
  • Assist capture teams by providing competitive assessments and crafting win strategies
  • Represent L3Harris Corporation at customer and industry meetings

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
  • minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
  • Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
  • Active Top Secret/SCI US Security Clearance Preferred
  • Understanding and familiarity with broader space markets focused on supplying imaging components, i.e. telescope, payloads, instruments, etc.
  • Experience leading new business pursuits
  • Ability to lead and develop relationships with geographically dispersed people
  • Demonstrated ability in competitive analysis, customer analysis, win strategy development, proposal and color team leadership and price-to win analysis
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office tools
  • Ability to Travel – up to 25%
  • Established contacts with DoD and IC customers particularly in the Title-10 mission/market areas
