About the role
- Collaborate closely with senior Business Area leaders
- Engage with customers and identify potential business opportunities
- Contribute to corporate and segment strategic growth initiatives
- Formulate and implement strategic plans for securing wins in the T10/T50 EO/IR market
- Interact with U.S. Government customers
- Create internal documentation that communicates strategic plans
- Lead strategic campaigns for the SSI/AEO
- Act as a liaison to Space Sector growth efforts
- Cultivate relationships with partners, consultants, and subcontractors
- Scout for new markets and untapped needs relevant to the AEO Business Area
- Strategically prioritize customer interactions
- Support the collection and analysis of competitive intelligence
- Aid in the analysis of Government and Customer Budget data
- Promote a culture of business acumen
- Assist capture teams by providing competitive assessments and crafting win strategies
- Represent L3Harris Corporation at customer and industry meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering
- minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
- Active Top Secret/SCI US Security Clearance Preferred
- Understanding and familiarity with broader space markets focused on supplying imaging components, i.e. telescope, payloads, instruments, etc.
- Experience leading new business pursuits
- Ability to lead and develop relationships with geographically dispersed people
- Demonstrated ability in competitive analysis, customer analysis, win strategy development, proposal and color team leadership and price-to win analysis
- Proficiency with Microsoft office tools
- Ability to Travel – up to 25%
- Established contacts with DoD and IC customers particularly in the Title-10 mission/market areas
