About the role
- Work with program management and technical teams to develop the program execution schedule.
- Effectively communicate with the entire program team, and monitor progress.
- Coordinate the Engineering proposal content by identifying Engineering scope.
- Review the bid with the Engineering Leadership team.
- Effectively communicate with external customers and internal senior leadership on program plans, status, and issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant engineering experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience in Project Engineering.
- Experience leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, including cost and schedule generation and management
- Experience in Aerospace and Defense industry
- Experience with government customers
- Experience with bids and proposals
- Experience with Earned Value Management System
- CAM experience
- Leading New Product Introduction Engineering Gate Reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR)
