About the role
- Drive and oversee complex projects or processes with general oversight
- Communicate within and outside own function to gain cooperation on operational processes
- Drive improvements to systems and processes across the site
- Manage large projects or processes that span across multiple functions, stakeholders, or departments
- Act as a consultant by providing guidance or training to other employees
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience
- Previous experience working in continuous improvement roles across a production area
- Previous experience with project management
