About the role
- The Public Safety and Private Communications (PSPC) sector of the L3Harris Communication Systems (CS) segment is seeking a program manager to join our Land Mobile Radio implementation team.
- Daily activities include interfacing with local government customer, laying out schedules and plans, managing the cross functions (systems engineering, factory technicians, financial analysis, etc.) and overall ownership of the successful delivery of LMR systems to the customer that is within scope, schedule, and budget.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
- Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
- Preferred: 10 years and a proven track record of successfully implementing large scale LMR or similar communication systems.
- Masters degree Bachelor's degree in business or technical field.
- PMP Certified
- Experience with MS Project Scheduling and other MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
