About the role
- Repair, Test and Maintain Wescam MX-20/25 sensor systems in accordance with pre-established processes, while adhering to customer deadlines.
- Provide full-time technical support and interface with a dedicated strategic customer.
- Complete all necessary service and repair documentation as well as technical trip reports.
- Provide Wescam Training to customers on MX-20/25 operations and operator-level maintenance procedures.
Requirements
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 3 years of prior related experience.
- 2+ years’ experience as an electro-mechanical technician on products that are similar in complexity, a successful track record of career growth over time and prior experience servicing systems in the field and in the factory.
- 2 years’ experience with electronic and mechanical test equipment is required.
- 2 years’ experience troubleshooting and repairing problems related to product aircraft integration, electronics and mechanical systems, down to the line replaceable unit level and work with Quality & Manufacturing Engineering to take corrective actions.
