About the role
- Provide quality service and repair of complex MX-20/25 airborne surveillance turrets
- Provide full-time technical support and interface with a dedicated strategic customer
- Repair, Test and Maintain Wescam MX-20/25 sensor systems in accordance with pre-established processes
- Become proficient in troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of Wescam MX-20/25 systems within 90 days
- Complete all necessary service and repair documentation and technical trip reports
Requirements
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 3 years of prior related experience
- 5+ years’ experience as an electro-mechanical technician
- 4 years’ experience with electronic and mechanical test equipment is required
- 4 years’ experience troubleshooting and repairing problems related to product aircraft integration
- 4 years prior FSR experience in both CONUS and OCONUS repair assignments
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Active DoD Secret clearance or higher is preferred
