Enable Sales Success: partner with Account Executives to secure revenue by demonstrating clear business value and driving technical validation
Drive Customer Adoption: act as the trusted technical advisor for new and existing customers, driving adoption, building credibility with stakeholders, and ensuring long-term satisfaction and growth
Bridge Technology and Business Outcomes: translate L2L’s platform capabilities into compelling use cases that solve real operational challenges
Lead technical discovery sessions to deeply understand customer environments, challenges, and success criteria
Design and deliver tailored demos, proof-of-value projects, and solution validations that map L2L’s platform to customer business outcomes
Act as the customer’s technical voice during the sales cycle, engaging both IT and operations stakeholders
Proactively identify churn and downsell risks and recommend technical strategies to mitigate them
Build repeatable technical assets (demo scripts, use case playbooks, validation plans) to accelerate deal cycles
Maintain accurate documentation and opportunity updates in HubSpot to support forecasting and reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to align customer feedback with roadmap and GTM strategy
Requirements
Manufacturing experience is a must, specifically with the ability to understand manufacturing KPIs, pain points, and digital transformation initiatives
Ability to articulate how L2L drives measurable improvements in plant-floor performance
Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Pre-Sales in B2B SaaS a plus
Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value stories
Confident working with senior executives, while equally comfortable engaging technical and frontline teams
Hands-on experience leading demos, pilots, and technical validation processes
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC) and disciplined deal execution
Proactive, resourceful, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
Preferred location: lives on the East Coast (due to collaboration with European customers)
