About the role
- Strategic customer consulting
- Development of tailored growth and efficiency concepts for existing customers in collaboration with our specialist departments
- Proactive management and further development of existing customer relationships
- Sales responsibility
- Generation of additional revenue through cross- and upselling within existing contract structures
- Advising on and positioning our reputation management solutions, including our supporting proprietary software
- Independent pricing and calculation of service packages and terms
- Customer reactivation using a structured, solution-oriented approach
- Responsibility for target achievement and revenue development within your own customer portfolio
- Customer retention & quality
- Conducting regular customer reviews
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction through measurable added value
- Close coordination with the project management teams
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, degree, or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in B2B service or solutions sales, ideally in an agency environment
- Understanding of digital business models and software-supported services
- Structured, independent, and customer-focused working style
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on mentality
- Negotiation skills, closing strength, and a confident presence at all business levels
