About the role

  • As Head of Product, you will take overall responsibility for our product portfolio and lead the entire product function.
  • You bring everything together and ensure that our products and product-related processes integrate seamlessly.
  • Product strategy & product development: develop new products and product variants based on market, customer and business insights.
  • Leadership & team management: functional and disciplinary responsibility for a team (currently 6 people) covering Product, Operations and Customer Success.
  • Manage external production partners, including quality assurance and cost control.
  • Responsible for planning, controlling and continuously optimizing the entire supply chain.
  • Shape all product-related touchpoints to ensure a consistent and outstanding customer lifecycle.
  • You proactively shape and align decisions with the founders, peers and other departments.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in a senior product role with proven leadership responsibility.
  • Experience leading and developing teams (ideally 5+ employees).
  • Background in the food, FMCG or startup environment required.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing external production and complex supply chains.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinking and an operational, hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Passion for food, sustainability and high-quality products.
