• Overall responsibility for our fashion and sports house, including its stores
• Lead the Sales and Visual Merchandising functions
• First point of contact and representative of L&T to our customers
• Plan and implement measures to achieve the house's objectives
• Analyze sales data and identify revenue opportunities
• Develop actionable recommendations together with the sales leadership team
• Build and lead the sixteen-member leadership team
• Responsible for all sales staff in collaboration with HR
• Joint responsibility with the Visual Merchandising team for the store's visual appearance
• Develop customer events and special customer services in collaboration with Buying and Brand Communication
