About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You analyze, interpret, and translate large volumes of data from our Data Warehouse into clear, understandable, and decision‑relevant insights
You produce precise reports and presentations that meet C‑level standards and make an impact
Together with your team you prepare weekly operational meetings and guide the Board and Operations through your analyses
You use Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools to work with large datasets and to visualize complex relationships
You collaborate closely with Sales, Purchasing & Operational Excellence and act as a Finance Business Partner on an equal footing
You conduct product analyses: food cost, sales/volume, efficiency, effects of new menus
You advise Operational Excellence based on reliable figures and identify opportunities for efficiency and revenue improvement
You ensure a clean, reliable data foundation and work extensively with MDM data management tools

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree in business administration or a comparable commercial qualification
3–5 years of experience in controlling, ideally in a sales or operations environment
Strong communication skills, confident presenter, and comfortable navigating between numbers and people
Very good skills in Excel, PowerPoint & common analytics tools; Power BI / Tableau are a plus
Experience with databases, reporting structures & strategic data analysis
Very good German skills, good English skills
You work independently, are structured and reliable, and think one step ahead
Interpreting data and numbers is your strength and your motivation
