About the role
- You develop the L’Osteria brand in close coordination with the CMO, manage integrated campaigns, and ensure that brand management and local activation work effectively together across the entire customer journey.
- You sharpen the brand strategy and ensure consistent, high-performing brand stewardship across all touchpoints — nationally, locally at the POS, and internationally.
- You oversee integrated 360° campaigns with measurable impact on brand awareness and sales and are responsible for above-the-line media planning with a clear focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
- In Local Restaurant Marketing you implement rapidly scalable POS and activation concepts, oversee roll-out, performance measurement, and continuous optimization.
- In parallel, you structure international marketing and communication processes and ensure seamless collaboration with international partners.
Requirements
- At least 7 years of professional experience in brand marketing, ideally in the food, hospitality, retail, or FMCG sectors
- Proven leadership experience (at least a small team) including budget responsibility
- Deep experience managing integrated 360° marketing campaigns and a very good understanding of POS and local marketing mechanics
- Confident in stakeholder management at C-level and experienced in working with agencies and external partners
- Know-how in building or further developing marketing portals or tool landscapes
- Interim experience or a high degree of adaptability in complex organizational structures
