About the role
- Development and leadership of the go-to-market plan for Pizza Pilgrims Germany
- Localization and further development of the UK brand story for the German market
- Definition of positioning and messaging across all touchpoints
- Building and protecting a consistent brand voice aligned with our “Joy of Pizza” DNA
- Planning and implementation of integrated campaigns across Paid, Owned and Earned media
- Responsibility for Social Media, Influencer, CRM, OOH, Events and local Community Marketing
- Managing and inspiring creative, PR and media agencies
- Defining clear KPIs for Awareness, Engagement and Conversion
- Analysis, evaluation and reporting of campaign performance and ROI
- Close collaboration with the UK marketing team and the German Operations Lead
Requirements
- At least 7 years of experience in brand, marketing or communications roles, ideally within Hospitality, F&B, Lifestyle or Retail
- Proven experience launching or expanding a consumer/end-customer brand in a new market
- Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing: digital, social, experiential and PR
- Confident in managing agencies, budgets and senior stakeholders
- Fluent in German and English
- Passion for food, culture and storytelling, plus a clear hands-on mentality
