About the role
- Operational management of the restaurant and shared responsibility for budget and personnel planning
- Supports the Restaurant Manager in preparing management/financial performance reports (BWA)
- Monitors and ensures all standards related to personnel, inventory and quality management
- Ensures smooth operations across all restaurant stations
- Responsible for delivering the perfect L’Osteria experience
Requirements
- Completed commercial (business) training or substantial experience in gastronomy or hospitality
- Extensive knowledge of budget and personnel management
- Service-oriented with strong organizational skills
