About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and execute the channel's commercial strategy, prospecting clients and identifying new business opportunities.
- Build and strengthen relationships with shopping centers and major accounts, promoting the brand, increasing brand awareness, and driving foot traffic to company-owned stores and franchises.
- Prospect and engage strategic companies through relationship activities, internal marketing (endomarketing), events, trade shows and other commercial initiatives.
- Develop the Subscription Box channel, strengthening partner relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion and revenue growth.
- Share and disseminate commercial best practices across channels, sharing internal learnings and market trends.
- Monitor performance indicators such as Net Sales and Gross Margin (GM), supporting the definition and execution of the channel's commercial strategies.
- Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Chain teams to manage strategic SKUs, track business opportunities and ensure improved product availability.
- Develop action plans to boost results, monitor client performance and identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Operations and Franchise teams to ensure execution of commercial strategies and achievement of business objectives.
Requirements
What you’ll need- New client prospecting (Hunter).
- Strategic account management (Farmer).
- Consultative negotiation/sales.

- Preparation of commercial proposals.
- Development of strategic partnerships.
- Management of commercial contracts.
- Knowledge of physical retail dynamics and omnichannel.
- Relationship management with shopping centers.
- Knowledge of franchise models (preferred).
- Management of commercial KPIs (Sell-in, Sell-out, Net Sales, Margin, GM%, Average Ticket, Conversion).
- Commercial planning.
- Promotional calendar management.
- Trade Marketing.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel.
- Power BI (preferred).
- Creation of executive presentations (PowerPoint).
- KPI analysis and development of action plans.
- Sales forecasting.
- Interface with Supply Chain.
- Interface with Demand Planning.
- Portfolio and SKU management.
- Inventory monitoring.
- Project management.
- CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics or similar).
- Microsoft Office suite.
- ERP (SAP, Protheus, Oracle or similar).
