About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead projects for the development of new products
Analyze sales performance using internal reports
Monitor competitor movements and identify portfolio opportunities
Track market trends and generate insights for campaigns
Price the product mix and monitor pricing versus the market
Present strategic launch materials to key stakeholder areas
Create product presentations for internal, external and international teams
Direct and align activations for the partnerships area (define campaign calendar, pricing, key claims and storytelling)
Interface with Projects, Communications, PR, Trade Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Web, Demand Planning, Commercial and Finance teams
Interface with agencies and partner artists

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Communications: Advertising, Marketing, Fashion or related fields
Knowledge in new product development and creation
Intermediate/advanced MS Office skills
Experience in product innovation in the beauty/cosmetics segment is desirable
