About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and calibrate statistical demand forecasting models using techniques such as time series, regressions, and machine learning algorithms;
Perform model accuracy analyses of forecasts, proposing continuous improvements;
Integrate external variables (seasonality, promotions, launches, etc.) into demand modeling;
Support strategic decisions through robust quantitative analyses;
Collaborate with areas such as Supply, Commercial (Sales), Marketing and Finance to align assumptions and demand strategies;
Ensure governance of data and demand planning tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science or related fields;
Solid experience in demand planning;
English considered a plus;
Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.);
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and critical thinking;
Good communication skills to present insights and influence stakeholders.
