About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and evolve the CRM platform, ensuring stability, performance and usability
  • Gather, analyze and document requirements together with business stakeholders
  • Act as a bridge between business functions and technical teams, ensuring a clear understanding of requests
  • Develop, configure or parameterize CRM solutions as needed
  • Manage integrations between the CRM and other systems, such as ERP, e-commerce, marketing platforms and BI
  • Monitor and ensure data quality, proposing improvements in governance and processes
  • Support marketing campaigns and customer journeys using data and segmentations in collaboration with the business area
  • Handle incidents and problems, performing root cause analysis
  • Participate in system implementation or enhancement projects, ensuring architectural best practices
  • Create technical and functional documentation
  • Track performance indicators and suggest continuous improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree (completed)
  • Advanced English (written, reading and speaking)
  • Experience in Retail and E‑commerce
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, WebEngage, Adobe Campaign, Oracle or similar
  • Knowledge of system integration via REST or SOAP APIs
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus
  • Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
  • Practical experience with digital retail, e‑commerce or omnichannel, with an understanding of funnel, promotions and operations
  • Strong ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, with organizational skills and a systemic view
  • Executive communication skills and ability to lead alignments and decisions across multiple areas
