About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor operational quality of Stores, Distribution Center (DC), Factory, and Office, ensuring maintenance according to demand;
Respond to service requests via the internal portal, ensuring established SLAs are met;
Manage the portfolio of regular suppliers;
Source/prospect new suppliers and service providers when needed;
Handle emergency requests, ensuring strategic prioritization (TOP DOORS);
Ensure capacity for multiple concurrent requests (approximately 600 tickets/month);
Serve as the interface with the Commercial/Stores team, maintaining clear communication and a sense of urgency;
Manage the department budget through cost and materials control and supplier decision-making;
Ensure financial flow and support payments (reports, tracking and clearing of invoices, cost allocations, Jira workflow);
Support the internal fleet and assist with corporate travel;

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in facilities/building maintenance, preferably in retail;
Experience working with suppliers, financial routines, and managing multiple simultaneous demands;
Technical knowledge (air conditioning, plumbing, façades, rolling shutters/roller doors);
Experience with ticketing/service request systems (GLPI or similar).
