About the role
- Act as an ambassador for L’OCCITANE during the Christmas period providing excellent customer service and selling products
- Fixed Term Contract up to and including 24th December (seasonal, part-time)
- Provide product demonstrations including hand massages and serve refreshments at events
- Use Point of Sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Support boutique visual merchandising, window campaigns and housekeeping standards
- Assist Boutique Management with security and Health & Safety monitoring
- Support in-boutique and external customer events and promotions
- Perform other tasks as required by Boutique Management to support business needs
Requirements
- Provide the highest level of service to ensure exceptional shopping experience
- Consistently meet/exceed personal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain excellent personal product knowledge to advise and recommend products
- Support in-Boutique and external customer events
- Adhere to Company policies and procedures and follow Boutique communications
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and participate in window campaign changes
- Uphold excellent housekeeping standards throughout the Boutique, back office and staff area
- Support Boutique Management with security and Health & Safety monitoring
- Effectively use the Point of Sale (POS) system to process all transactions without error
- Offer & provide demonstrations (including hand massage) to customers
- Offer & serve refreshments, including wine on weekends and at special events
