About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for collecting, organizing, validating and analyzing data related to environmental, social and governance (ESG) topics, supporting the production of reports, dashboards, executive presentations and goal-tracking materials.
  • Will interface with different areas of the company, ensuring consistency, quality and traceability of ESG information.
  • Collect, organize and consolidate ESG data across the company's departments, ensuring quality, consistency and traceability of information.
  • Support the structuring of databases, controls, spreadsheets, dashboards and monitoring reports for indicators.
  • Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses to support interpretation of results and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to the standardization of methodologies, processes and data collection flows for ESG.
  • Support the creation of indicators to monitor environmental, social and governance targets.
  • Assist in the preparation of internal and external sustainability reports, consolidating information clearly, objectively and reliably.
  • Prepare analyses, presentations and support materials for internal forums, committees, executive meetings and audits.
  • Develop dashboards and visualizations that facilitate monitoring of ESG performance.
  • Monitor the evolution of indicators and support identification of deviations, risks and opportunities.
  • Support the development of narratives that connect ESG data to the business strategy.
  • Support the collection and organization of evidence for certifications, audits and verification processes related to sustainability.
  • Contribute to initiatives related to B Corp certification, ESG reports, corporate questionnaires and other applicable frameworks.
  • Support monitoring of action plans resulting from audits, diagnostics or ESG assessments.
  • Keep organized and up-to-date records to ensure governance and ease of access to information.
  • Support engagement with business areas for data collection, explaining needs, deadlines and data quality criteria.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal reporting and indicator monitoring processes.
  • Support execution of projects within the sustainability area.
  • Support awareness and internal communication initiatives related to sustainability, when necessary.
  • Monitor timelines, deliverables and indicators related to projects under the area's responsibility.
  • Support leadership and the team in preparing strategic materials and analyses for decision-making.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Previous experience in corporate sustainability, ESG, data analysis, indicators, reporting or related areas.
  • Strong analytical ability and familiarity with organizing, processing and interpreting data.
  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Knowledge of ESG topics, corporate sustainability and environmental and social indicators.
  • English (intermediate to advanced).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Management, Environmental Engineering, Economics, International Relations, Statistics, Data Science or related fields.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau or other dashboard tools is a plus.
  • Familiarity with certifications and frameworks such as B Corp, GRI, CDP, GHG Protocol, SASB/ISSB or similar is a plus.
